Senior Business developer for the gas turbine market

Againity has developed a new solution using its proprietary ORC turbines to generate up to 10,000 kW of electricity from unused waste heat in gas turbine exhaust gases.

With a continuously expanding product portfolio, including new solutions for the gas turbine market, we are now looking for more engaged colleagues to join our team in Norrköping.


Your responsibilities

As a Senior Business Developer for the gas turbine market, you will hold a key position, responsible for developing a relatively new market with enormous potential, both economically and environmentally.

Your role includes establishing new sales channels while maintaining direct contact with prospects who own gas turbines and diesel generators worldwide. You will work with proactive sales through site visits, phone calls, email, and video meetings, and participate in conferences and trade fairs when considered valuable.

Travel is therefore a natural part of the role, and we are looking for someone who enjoys being in the field and meeting new people, even though the majority of the work will be based at our office in Norrköping.


Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong business mindset and is passionate about building customer relationships
  • Thrives in a dynamic role with significant impact on business development
  • Has experience in technical sales, preferably within gas turbines or steam turbines connected to gas turbine systems (strongly meritorious)
  • Has experience working with larger organizations and companies, preferably within project sales

You are self-driven, results-oriented, and enjoy taking initiative while working in a collaborative team environment.

You also:

  • Have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • Hold a category B driver’s license
  • Are comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite
