Are you passionate about building customer relationships? Do you want to develop a market with enormous potential – both economically and environmentally? Againity is looking for a Sales Manager for a key role where you can truly make an impact.

Againity has developed a solution that uses proprietary ORC turbines to convert waste heat into local production of sustainable, weather-independent and cost-efficient electricity. Today, our sales team consists of six dedicated sales professionals and process engineers working closely together towards our vision of a more energy-efficient world. With growing demand from an increasing number of market segments, we are now looking for someone to lead the market development within waste heat recovery from larger power plants, helping to replace fossil-based electricity worldwide.

About Againity

Againity AB was founded in 2013 and has since grown from a startup into an established and rapidly expanding company with a strong, close-knit culture. We are a leading manufacturer of ORC turbines that convert waste heat into climate-smart electricity. Our innovative work has been recognized with the “Gasell” award as the fastest-growing company in Östergötland. With a continuously expanding product portfolio, we are now looking for more driven colleagues to join our team in Norrköping.

Your responsibilities

As Sales Manager for the waste heat from power plants segment, you will hold a key position responsible for developing a relatively new market with significant economic and environmental potential. The role includes establishing new sales channels alongside direct engagement with prospects such as owners of power plants, diesel engines and similar facilities around the world.

You will build new sales channels through partners while also working with direct outreach via site visits, calls, emails and video meetings. Participation in conferences and trade fairs is expected when it adds value. Travel is therefore a natural part of the role, and we are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field meeting new people, even though the position is based in Norrköping. You will report to the Head of Sales.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, a passion for building customer relationships within the industrial sector, and who thrives in a role with significant influence on business development. You are driven, take ownership of your work, and are comfortable working independently while creating momentum and growth.

Experience in technical sales within heat or power generation, gas turbines, diesel generators or steam turbines is considered an advantage. We also value experience working with larger organizations and industrial companies, as well as project-based sales. Since the role involves developing and driving a new market segment that is expected to become a strategically important part of the business, previous responsibility for a business area is a plus.

At Againity, you will be part of a dynamic team where collaboration and initiative are equally valued. We appreciate engagement and a strong focus on results. You are fluent in Swedish and English, hold a driver’s license (category B), and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office.

What we offer

We offer a unique opportunity to make a difference in climate-smart electricity production, contribute to a more sustainable future, and grow in your career.

Sustainability focus – We work every day towards a greener future

Development opportunities – We invest in your personal and professional growth

Engaged company culture – Enjoy two appreciated internal conferences per year and after-work activities with colleagues

Application

Contact us today at work@againity.com to ask questions or express your interest in the position. Selection is ongoing.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Our Norwegian representatives at ORC Energy are doing strong and important work introducing Againity’s ORC solutions to the Norwegian process industry. By combining Againity’s latest ORC technology with ORC Energy’s deep technical expertise and understanding of local industrial conditions, companies are enabled to convert low-temperature waste heat into predictable, self-generated electricity – at a cost far below market prices.

Through ORC Energy, Norwegian companies gain access to turnkey ORC plants that can generate electricity from waste heat at temperatures as low as 70 °C. ORC Energy offers complete solutions – from initial heat flow analysis and business case evaluation to engineering, Enova support and installation.

Thanks to ORC Energy’s efforts, including their involvement in the Eyde Cluster’s industrial symbiosis projects in Agder, concrete business opportunities are now emerging for local energy production. At the same time, the industry’s CO₂ footprint is reduced and energy resources are better utilized.

Recovering energy from waste heat is not only a technical opportunity, but also a sound business decision with both economic and environmental returns. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with ORC Energy to enable predictable and sustainable electricity production in more Norwegian industrial clusters – a smart path towards greener power generation.
