Your responsibilities
As Head of Engineering / Project Manager, you will be responsible for Againity’s mechanical engineering department, the execution of development projects, and the delivery of our products. You will play a key role in Againity’s dynamic development team, working closely with customers to design the best solutions for integrating Againity’s ORC turbines into both existing and new facilities.

Your profile
You:
- Hold a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Are a responsive and humble team player
- Have experience working with CAD tools, preferably Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD or similar
- Enjoy working broadly, cross-functionally and project-based in close collaboration with other departments, and driving projects both internally and externally
- Can ensure high quality in both internal and external project deliveries, including machinery/plant deliveries and documentation
- Thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
- Are motivated to grow both individually and together with your role and the company
- Are self-driven, proactive and enjoy teamwork
- Have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Hold a category B driver’s license
Meritorious qualifications
Experience in:
- Regulatory frameworks such as PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) and CE marking
- Industrial processes and energy systems
- P&ID diagrams and flow schematics
- Technical documentation and/or production development
